1. The service and these terms
Verellan is a market-preparation and trader decision-support service operated by Nathan Carlson as a sole proprietor. “We” and “our” refer to the Verellan operator; “you” means the person using the service. Contact us through the Support page. These terms cover the website, account and workspace, together with the linked billing and risk policies. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Monthly subscriptions are open. Creating an account does not authorize a payment. A subscription requires separate affirmative agreement to recurring terms and payment confirmation in Stripe Checkout.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
V1 is for U.S. residents only. Use Verellan only if you are at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Provide an email address you control, protect your password, and keep access personal. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or let another person use your account. Report suspected compromise through Support. We do not request your brokerage password, trading account access, or authority to trade.
3. Decision support and your decisions
Verellan organizes market observations, source material, scenarios, levels and contextual measurements. It does not place or copy trades, manage assets, provide a brokerage account, or assess your financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance. Content is not personalized investment, tax or legal advice. No output promises profit or a successful trade. Read the feature definitions and trading and market-data risks. You decide whether to trade and are responsible for your orders, broker checks and risk controls.
4. Permitted use
Subject to your access rights, you may use the workspace for your own preparation. Do not resell, bulk-download, scrape or redistribute the service or licensed source content without permission. Do not bypass access controls, attack the service, interfere with others, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. This does not restrict rights the law gives you, responsible security reporting, or use of independently obtained public facts. Third-party material remains subject to its applicable rights.
5. Subscription and cancellation
The configured Early Access plan is $19 USD per month with no free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. A paid subscription requires clear recurring consent and payment confirmation. The Billing, Cancellation and Refund Policy explains charge timing, online cancellation and the owner-approved seven-day refund window. Account creation, a support request, or opening a checkout page alone does not authorize a charge.
6. Availability and changes
Sources, calculations and services can be delayed, interrupted, corrected or withdrawn. Coverage varies by instrument and module. We do not promise uninterrupted service, complete data, or a particular trading outcome. Data and freshness disclosures explain current limits. We may make reasonable maintenance and security changes. If a material paid feature is removed, we will explain the change and offer cancellation and any refund required by the billing policy or applicable law.
7. Fair treatment and statutory rights
We may restrict access to protect accounts, stop misuse, or meet legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to request review. Billing access also depends on verified subscription and payment status. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, limits your right to report a concern to a regulator, or requires you to waive a lawful complaint or payment dispute. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver in these terms.
8. Changes, records and contact
The version date appears on every policy page. Material changes will be explained before they apply, and renewed agreement will be requested where required. Changes will not retroactively remove an accrued refund right. You can save or print these pages. These terms do not select a foreign forum or remove the mandatory protections available where you live. For questions or complaints, use Support; you may also use the courts and regulators available under applicable law.
