Observation, receipt and refresh
A source observation time describes when information was measured or published. A receipt time describes when Verellan received it. Page refresh describes a browser request. These times are different; a successful refresh does not make an old source current. Providers may use different time zones, sessions and update schedules. Use the time-zone label shown with the value.
Current, prior, retained and unavailable
Observed/current means the module has supported observations within its existing source rules; it does not promise exchange real-time entitlement or complete coverage. Prior/stale data is older context. A failed refresh may retain the last good observation with its original source time. Unavailable or withheld means a supported value cannot be shown. A dash is not zero, and unavailable is not a guessed neutral score. No missing candle, probability or membership is fabricated to fill a panel.
Coverage and instrument identity
Supported history and timeframes vary. NQ/ES display choices can map to supplied MNQ/MES chart data; the source label identifies the actual series. The current RTY quote uses an IWM proxy, not an RTY futures quote. Some cross-asset histories, exact index membership, provider update times and earnings report fields are unavailable. A continuous/provider series is not necessarily a tradable dated contract.
Derived and public-source information
Different modules can use different providers, delayed observations and transparent derived calculations. Fed equivalent measures and reconstructed comparison curves are not interchangeable with a verified probability distribution or archived forecasts. News and social posts are public-source context, not endorsements. A recent source scan can find no new post; scan time and publication time are separate.
Calendar, earnings and revisions
Schedules, forecasts, actual releases, prior readings, earnings times and classifications may change or be revised. The available list is not a guarantee that every event or company is covered. Unknown index membership must not be treated as confirmed inclusion or exclusion. Verify critical releases and company information with their primary publishers.
Use limitations in your decision
If required data is unavailable, stale or conflicting, that limitation is part of the read. Check the original source and broker before trading. Source links do not grant redistribution rights, and the service does not promise a particular provider will remain available. The risk disclosure and feature definitions apply to every module.
