Cancel by email
Email admin@verellan.com to stop renewal without signing in or creating a ticket. The owner handles this mailbox and verifies identity safely before sensitive actions. We honor the original request time. No passwords, security codes or full card details. There is no automated inbound-email ticket ingestion. You can also cancel renewal directly in Account.
Choose the right path
For online cancellation, payment-method changes and invoices, use Account → Cancel renewal / Manage billing. For a forgotten password, use account recovery. The form below also accepts account access, billing/refund, privacy/deletion, accessibility and product questions without an active subscription.
How requests are handled
Submitting the form stores a request for the Verellan operator and gives you a reference number. Save it for follow-up. Requests are handled manually using the email you provide; there is no live chat, phone desk or automatic email acknowledgment. In this private review environment, requests are not continuously monitored and no response-time guarantee is offered. Do not use this form for time-sensitive trading decisions.
For cancellation, Account’s Cancel renewal action is the direct self-service path. A support reference confirms receipt only; it does not itself cancel a subscription, issue a refund, delete records or prove account ownership. Our billing policy protects timely cancellation/refund requests when manual help is needed.
Security and safe details
Give a concise description, relevant page and approximate time. Do not send passwords, verification/reset links, brokerage credentials, full card/bank numbers, government identification or private trading records. Use only redacted examples. If you have lost access to your original email, explain that and provide a reachable address. We must verify ownership before making sensitive changes.
Accessibility support
We aim to make the interface usable with keyboard navigation, readable text and browser zoom. This is not a claim of formal accessibility certification. If something prevents access, select Accessibility and describe the page, browser/assistive technology and the task you were trying to complete. We will review an accessible alternative where practical.
